As a recipient of the North Carolina Documentary Photography Awards, I'm pleased to announce Our World Insideout: Four Chapter Houses is now apart of the North Carolina collection at the Wilson Library. (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)

CHICAGO – Hyde Park Art Center is proud to present the third annual exhibition of work from participants in their flagship artist professional development initiative, The Center Program. Curated by Tricia Van Eck, Director of 6018North, an experimental non-profit art space in Chicago, 23 students from the unique program will exhibit work in all media.
OUR WORLD INSIDEOUT is awarded a grant from The Documentary Project Fund along with Theo Stroomer. I will be working on Our World Insideout, on the block that I live on, in Chicago, IL.

With generous support by the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation & ARUP, I'm delighted to announce the first solo exhibit for Our World Insideout. This is also the first time I will be integrating sound into my photographic work.
ARUP has awarded Our World Insideout a grant to work on my first spacial sound piece with them. The sound will be an accompaniment to an exhibition of Our World Insideout, funded by the Driehaus Foundation
The first book of the series, Our World Insideout: Chicago 2009, is now apart of the Cleveland Museum of Art's collection.
I will be giving a short TED talk in Såo Paulo, Brasil on Our World Insideout.

The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation has awarded Our World Insideout an investigative journalism grant to return to the homes I photographed in 2009.
Globetrotter, a new magazine with distribution in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Lagos, London, and Chicago has a 5 page spread on a few Brazil images and writing from, Our World Insideout.
An image from the project, Our World Insideout: Brazil, will be published in an upcoming book One Life Photos.
Photographic prints will be exhibited along side prints of artist, Matt Tuteur
A short write up on Photo District News' Photo of the Day has been published online.
Local public television, WTTW, is running a series entitled "Stories of Life in Chicago" on Fridays. The last episode included an interview I had with Jay Shefsky back in February, 2010, on the project Our World Insideout.
